CORPORATE OFFICE & FACTORY:
Our corporate office and factory are not open to the general public for retail orders, repairs or tours.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover. Money Orders & Cashiers Check & Personal Checks mailed in with an order are acceptable. All personal and business checks are accepted but order will be delayed for clearance on checks. {About a two week waiting period.}

Purchase orders are accepted from Governmental Agencies only. Terms are Net 21. Any account, which is past due interest of 1.5-% monthly {18% APY}, will be added. No exceptions. Hard copy is required, please fax or mail (but not both). Purchase orders are subject to acceptance.

SHIPPING:
The weight and size of the order determine shipping charges. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or Federal Express Ground service, our choice. Do not use PO Box for delivery.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select UPS delivery is available at additional cost. Rates are dependent upon weight, size and destination. Price quotes can be given, but they are only estimated quotes, actual cost will vary. “Day” refers to business day, not calendar day. Air shipments require credit card only. Delivery method and carrier is at the discretion of Ace Case.

RETURNS:
Ace Case will repair to the original purchaser any products, which is defective due to workmanship or construction, for the lifetime of the product. Repairs necessary from normal wear, accident, negligence, alterations, or improper care are not covered under this warranty. For fulfillment of product guarantee, please call 636-629-4994, Original receipt, invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Items may be returned for a full refund of merchandise price. {Freight is not refundable.} Only if returned in original, readily sellable condition with in 30 days. No return authorization is required, just make certain that all conditions specified in this section are met before returning an item. The invoice (or photocopy) must be included. Special orders, custom-made items are not returnable for a refund. Any item that has a physical defect may be returned for repair or replacement of identical item. Items purchased for resale and do not sell may be returned for exchange of different merchandise or refund, only if the items can be resold and proof of purchase is included with return. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. If a return is necessitated due to a clear error on our part, reasonable return shipping cost can be reimbursed to you. Return address is located on the top left-hand corner of invoice and listed at the top of this sheet. Returns may be sent via United Parcel Service, FedEx or Post Office. Do not ship COD. You are responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Shipping on defective items for return or replacement: If the item is returned for a repair or replacement within 30 days of receipt, we will send a post paid shipping label for the return, and also cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you. If the item is returned for repair or replacement after 30 days of receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping back for replair or replacement; Ace Case will ship replacement items back at our expense. 

MISCELLANEOUS:
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and legible delivery address and form of payment when placing an order. When placing a credit card order, buyer is responsible to make sure the credit card will accept the charge of the order and supply the correct expiration date of card and verification code from back of card. Customers will not be contacted should the card decline the charge for any reason. If the billing and shipping address are different, we need both, and the shipping address needs to be on file with your credit card company to allow the charge and shipping of the order.
All orders shipped to an address in the State of Missouri must include sales tax for the State. {Exception: Federal agencies or those with a sales tax certificate must provide a completed Form 149 with order.}

Having no control over the use of any product once in the buyer’s possession, Ace Case, assumes NO liability associated with their use. Under no circumstances is Ace Case liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of the use, or inability to use, these products.

Checks returned by your bank are subject to a fee of $25.00 or the maximum amount permitted by law. The check writer is also responsible for all collection costs and attorney’s fees.

Q: I don’t see my gun listed on your web site, do you still have a holster/case for it?

A: We manufacture thousands of sizes and styles of cases and holsters, and more than likely we have one to fit your gun. We’ve tried hard to list guns that fit holsters/cases, but realize it’s not a complete, and apologize for that. If you’re not sure about the size you need, you can place your order in confidence by adding your Gun Type: Make, Model and Barrel Length in the box provided when you order. Q: Do you take phone orders?

When you call, an actual person will answer – a knowledgeable member of the staff to help you with your order and answer any questions you may have. Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most items ship within 7–10 business days after we receive your order. If the item is in production and the process is delayed, we will notify you by email.
Q: How do I know if you’ve received my order?
A: After you complete your purchase, you’ll get a page that shows your web order number. We’ll also email a confirmation to you, so be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.
Q: Can I add to an order once it’s been submitted?
A: No, sorry. Our aim is to send out orders correctly, and timely. When we add to an order after it’s been placed, other orders tend to suffer.
Q: I received my shipment and some items were backordered?
A: Sometimes demand exceeds our stock and items need to be manufactured. We ship all in-stock items and order production on whatever items are not in immediate inventory. Your invoice will have notes specific to your backorder. We give you priority for the next available ordered item, and charge your order only when your merchandise is ready to ship. Orders will not be cancelled until we contact you first to get your instructions.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: Why do you want my credit card billing address?
A: The address where you receive your credit card bill is the shipping address we prefer to use. A person who uses a stolen credit card has products shipped to an address other than your billing address. But, if we use only your billing address for shipping, we can help prevent credit card fraud.
